*BREAKING NEWS* LATE TRAINING CHANGE

I have just been informed that due to industrial action taking place on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th July the last training session of the current season has had to be cancelled.

As a result the next training session will be in the run up to the new season. We will see you back at Cannock Chase Leisure Centre on Thursday 14th August 2008.

Training Reminder

Training for all age groups take place on a Thursday evenings at the Cannock Chase Leisure Centre on the Stafford Road. These sessions last for 1 hour between 5pm and 6pm. Training subs are £2.50 payable on the evening. The dates that will not be available for training are:

Thursday 7th August 2008

Netball Match

We are honoured that Chase District Netball Club have been invited to play an exhibition match at Rugeley Leisure Centre on Sunday 27th July 2008. The match will take place between 2pm and 3pm, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start.

This match is to celebrate the opening of the new swimming pool in Rugeley and will form part of the official opening. Once the demonstration match has taken place, there will be an oppurtunity for the girls involved to go swimming in the new pool between 3pm and 4pm.

Netball Award Evenings

The playing season is now over and the awards season is upon us. The first of these evenings is on the Friday 4th July 2008.

The evening is to honour the acheivements of all the teams who participated in the 2007 to 2008 season. The awards evening is to take place at Port Vale Football Club, proceedings will start from 7.30pm.

The other awards evening is for the teams of Chase District Netball Club. This evening will give all the members of the club who played in the season just gone a chance to have a trophy in recognition of their commitment to the club.

The evening will start at 7.30pm on Friday 25th July 2008 and include food and a disco for your enjoyment. The awards evening will be held at:
